By accessing and using Letty Property Management software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Permission is granted to use Letty Property Management for personal or commercial property management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Letty provides property management software including but not limited to:
Letty offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Your use of Letty is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We process personal information lawfully and transparently. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment provider. Letty does not store credit card or bank account details on its servers. By using payment features, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Letty platform — including design, code, text, and graphics — are owned by Letty and protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.
Letty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Letty be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Letty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
